Getting started
- Open the app from your Shopify admin and pick a plan (Free is available).
- Set up the features you want: quantity breaks, free shipping, reviews, back-in-stock emails, checkout rules.
- Use the buttons in the app to add blocks to your product page and turn on the app embeds. Click Save in the theme editor.
Common questions
The quantity-break tiers do not appear. Check that the offer is active and covers the product, and that the Quantity breaks block is on your product template.
Free shipping does not apply. The discount "Starter Pack Suite: quantity breaks and free shipping" must be active under Discounts, and the cart must reach the amount you set before taxes and order discounts.
Back-in-stock emails. They go out when the variant's inventory goes above zero. You can also send them from the app.
Plans. Free includes every feature with limits (1 quantity-break offer, 1 checkout rule, 25 documents and 100 back-in-stock emails a month). Plus ($19.99 a month) removes the limits on offers, rules and documents and allows 2,000 emails a month. Pro ($49.99 a month) allows 10,000 emails a month and includes same-day support.
